By approving these terms & conditions and confirming your order, you are entering into a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order in case this happens. All information saved at the site will be handled with extreme care and diligence. Any information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring you the best service possible. It will be used exclusively for informing you about special offers and marketing opportunities related to Classy Shop and its affiliates. Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties only when it is required to fulfill the previously described purposes. When registering you do have the option not to receive any information from Classy Shop. If you wish to end your Classy Shop subscription you can make changes in your account settings or by emailing email@example.com with your name, email address and a short description of the matter. You have the right to review your information that we have on file at any time. You can access this information by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If the data is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks and Classy Shop reserves the right to delay an order if fraud is suspected. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.
You do have the option to set your browser to alert you when a cookie is to be activated. This allows you to reject its usage or tell your browser to erase it at the end of your session. However, the web shop cannot be used if cookies are disallowed. If you simply want to browse the site without the need to log into a profile you can do this without allowing cookies and without revealing your identity.
All orders will be sent out on normal business days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by Fedex International, except orders to Sweden which will be sent by DHL. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an e-mail that will contain your tracking number which can be used to track your order on Fedex or DHL’s website for orders to Sweden. Please note that delivery charges do not include possible import fees that may be charged once your package arrives in your country in order for you to take possession of your goods. In addition, please allow for a few days allowance on orders to be shipped during sales and public holidays.

Please note that both FedEx International and DHL are fully insured by their respective companies during transit. If any issues arise with damage caused during shipping please inform us as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchange
Our returns policy gives you the right to return a product for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You have the right to open the parcel and check the contents. However, the product cannot be returned if it has been used. All original packaging, labels, tags, etc. must be returned with the product in its original state.
When making a return by post, please make sure that you have included the completed return form. Shipping costs for your package, including both original and return-shipping costs, will not be refunded.
Items purchased are available to be exchanged for a different size and/or colour. Exchanges will not be processed until we receive the returned merchandise. However, exchanges are subject to the availability of our stock. If you would like something other than a change in size and/or colour, you can simply return the item(s) to us and purchase your new item in a new transaction. In the case of an exchange, we will pay for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
We accept two methods of payment: PayPal and debit/credit card payments, as well as Klarna in Sweden.
We accept VISA and MasterCard using Stripe. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been carried out.
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out. More information about PayPal is available at www.paypal.com.
Invoice (Only for customers residing in Sweden)
In cooperation with KLARNA, we are in a position to offer payment on invoice with 14 days’ credit and no added charges to both private individuals and businesses. Personal or corporate identification numbers will be checked when you choose this option and a credit rating will be carried out. When choosing invoice as payment method, the system will use your national registration address as shipping address for your order by default. We are required to use this system and cannot ship to another address than the one at which you are registered. When Klarna has approved it, invoicing your transaction will be carried out and an invoice will be sent to you together with the package. Interest will be charged, currently 25.50 % p.a., on all overdue payments, and charges will be made for reminders.
